Theme Installation

Via Admin Panel

Log in to the WordPress Administration Panels. www.siteurl.com/wp-admin
Go to the Appearance panel, then Themes.
Click Add New.
Upload the zip file of the theme, blog-vlog-pro.zip
After Installing the theme Click Activate button.

Via FTP

Use your FTP software to browse to wp-content/themes folder.
Extract blog-vlog-pro.zip and upload the folder.
Once it’s uploaded, go to your WordPress Admin, browse to Appearance > Themes.
Click the Activate link.

Adding Contents

Posts

To create a post on your site, it’s easy. Follow the below-listed methods.

Go to Administration Panels
Go to Posts and Click on Add New
Give the title of the post and add the content
Set the featured image for the post from a right corner.
Set that post in the Category.
Click on Publish Button.
Add more post like the above methods.

Widgets

Blog Vlog Pro Comes with Added Custom Widget for Advertisement and Author Descriptions. In this theme, you will have an advertisement, author widget as well as custom widget for a recent post.

You have lots of custom widgets area for the different widgets to place on your theme.

Theme Customization Options

You will get every option for theme customization on Appearance > Customize. Use the available options for managing the site.

General Setting

The general setting section includes Site Layout, Preloader Image, the Background color for preloader etc.

Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Option > General Setting
Check all the available options.
If the preview is fine, click on Save & Publish.

Main Navigation Options

This section includes the option for the sticky menu.

Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Option > Main Navigation Options
If the preview is fine, click on Save & Publish.

Breadcrumb Options

You can enable/disable the breadcrumb via this section.
Check every available option.

Featured Slider Section

This section is for slider section. You can choose the category for the slider.

Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Option > Featured Section
Check every option available on that section.
Set the number of the slider.

Promo Section

This section will appear just below the slider. If you enable the promo section, your 3 posts of the selected category will appear there. If Tag is defined on the post, specific tag name will appear like the demo.

Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Option > Promo Section
Check every option available on that section.

Sidebar Option

You can set the sidebar for your site. You can choose the sidebar from the available option. Options are,

Left Sidebar
Right Sidebar
No Sidebar

Blog/Archive Page Layout Design

Options which helps to manage the setting on your blog and archive page. So, check this section options to customize your blog page. You can change column, enable masonry etc. Available options are,

Blog Page Title
Column Number
Excerpt Length
Exclude Category
Read More Text
Meta Options etc

Single Post Options

This option helps you to manage the single page of your blog. Check all the available options.

Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Option > Single Post Option
If the preview is fine on the single page, click on Save and Publish button to save the changes.

Font Family/Typography Options

This is one of the powerful options on this theme. You can use any of the available google fonts with customization. Check the options for fonts family here,

Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Option > Typography Option
Check the default format of the typography used there.
Change font family with the similar format.
If preview is fine, click on save & publish to save the changes.

Colors

Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Colors Options
Select the required color for the website with the available options there.
Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Background Image

Go to Appearance > Customize > Background Image
Select the best image for the site background.
Select the required setting for the background.
If the preview is fine, click on Save && Publish to save the changes.

Menus

This theme comes with two menu locations. Primary Menu and Social Menu

Primary Menu

This menu will appear on the Main menu for the site below the logo section.
Create a menu and add the items on the menu.
Set the menu on the Primary Menu.
Save the Menu

Social Menu

Social Menu will appear on Right Side of the Logo(As in Demo)
Add the link for social Menu(Use Custom Link to create this menu)
In custom link, add link for Facebook Menu(www.facebook.com/username)
Add the menu and follow the same steps for twitter, Instagram.
Select the Social Menu for this.
If the preview is fine, Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.

Custom Widgets

AT Author:

Add this available widget on any of the added widget area.

Widget Title: Title of the Widget
Descriptions: Add the descriptions of the Author or Ads. You can use Adsense Code here.
Image: Select the Image for Author or Ads Image.

AT Social Widget:

This widget is useful to show the social link on the sidebar. You can add the required social link with the help of this widget. You have Social Menu Appearance > Menus and that menus will be displayed by this widget. See the Social Menu below to know how to make the social menu.

AT Recent Post

This widget is helpful to show the recent post, popular post, and most commented post.

This theme has lots of extra options for managing every section of the theme. Check all the available options on Appearance > Customize.
